At COPPERTIST.WU, we take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original jewelry box and protective packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
